Our overarching theme in 5th grade this year is "RESPECT". To help us get a better understanding of what it means to be respectful, we worked as a class to complete this t-chart. First in pairs and then as a whole class, we defined respect in terms of what it "looks like" and "sounds like". This is hanging on our classroom door as a constant reminder.
